My Story

I live in a lively, loving household with my four children (three girls and a boy) where our favourite thing is grabbing a blanket and heading to the riverside to while away a sunny day (when we get them, that is!). Sounds picturesque but there is usually some chaos along the way!

I’ve spent over 20 years in marketing (which makes me feel very old), working across both B2B and B2C. I’ve created logos, websites, landing pages, and social media content for all sorts of businesses. And for someone who wishes they lived in a simpler time - maybe the '70s - I have a real fascination with marketing.

When I watch an advert or glance at signage, I always find myself wondering: What are they trying to say? Does this work? I’ve done that for as long as I can remember, so it makes sense that it’s now my day job.

I also ran a business with my mum for 10 years, so I understand the heart and soul that goes into building something of your own. That’s why I created Site & Story - to help people like you bring your ideas to life online, with clarity, creativity and purpose.
